Due to the nature of our business processing sensitive personal documents and liaising with official agencies we maintain a clear refund policy to ensure transparency and trust.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment was made in error.
The client canceled the order before processing has begun.
The service could not be fulfilled due to an internal error or inability to proceed from our side.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
The application has already been submitted to authorities or entered into processing.
The client failed to provide necessary documentation or respond to communications.
The client changes their mind after the service has begun.
Delays caused by government agencies or third-party services beyond our control.
Failure due to false or fraudulent information provided by the client.
Services marked as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase.
⚠️ Please note: Document processing and licensing services are time-sensitive, regulated procedures. Once an application is submitted, we incur irreversible administrative and legal costs.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, you must:

Provide your full name, order ID, and reason for the request
Submit your refund request within 7 days of your order, and before processing begins
All refund requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days, and you will be notified of the outcome via email.
Partial Refunds
In cases where work has begun but not yet completed, we may offer a partial refund, minus administrative and processing fees. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, the matter will be treated as a dispute. We reserve the right to challenge chargebacks with supporting documentation of your order, communication, and progress.
